Luxor Goregaon West- A Luxury Address on Western Express Highway

This article discusses the Luxor Goregaon West, which is being developed by Sangam Lifespaces.

Goregaon is an affluent suburb of Mumbai, which was initially developed for film studios like Filmistan and Film City. It also houses the Aarey Milk Colony which covers an area of 1287 hectares and has two cattle farms, a nursery, lakes and observation pavilion.  Goregaon is divided into Goregaon East and West. The west is famous for areas like Lokhandwala Complex (which is now a suburb of in itself), Link Road, Shastri Nagar, and Bangur Nagar. The Sangam Lifespaces is one of the prominent builders of Mumbai that is spear heading the new projects in Goregaon West. It is a part of the Sangam Group. Founded in 1985, the group has an established base in steel manufacturing, education, modern textile industry and much more.  The company has not only worked on several residential properties but also commercial ones.

Luxor Goregaon West is the project that the group is developing here. It has 2.5 and 3.5 BHK apartments planned for construction. The project is located close to the Swami Vivekanand Road which links it to Malad. The Goregaon Mulund Link Road is quite close too. The site is located near branches of prominent banks like HDFC and Kotak Mahindra. It is also close to the St John’s School. Movietime and City Centre are some of the closest avenues of entertainment.

Goregaon is well connected to the rest of Mumbai via the Western Express Highway and Western Railway Line. A link to the Harbour Line is also under construction, which will become functional in 2016. The property rates in Goregaon West are close to Rs 20,000 and shall increase once communication with the harbour line improves.
